      WHO WE ARE

Princess Victoria Ibokette Foundation is a private, voluntary, non-profit; faith based non-governmental organization duly registered in Nigeria. We are committed to ensuring a society where human dignity is restored to all as the gap between the rich and the poor is narrowed. A society where brilliant children are not denied quality education by the gender, social or economics background. A society where women are not marginalized based on gender and social inequality. A society where the rule of law prevails and the strong protects and cares for the vulnerable and not exploit and violate them.

      VISION

To care for the aged; to touch lives and give hope to the less privileged; to empower the youths and the rural women with a view to assisting them unlock and maximize their potentials towards self-sufficiency, productivity sustainable growth and development for the purpose of fulfilling their God ordained destinies

      MISSION

To provide relevant platforms for sustainable education and mentoring of the less privileged, priority to empowerment for rural women, in order to help them achieve their dreams and aspirations, bridging the gap between the aged and present standard of living

      OUR BELIEF

Every person should have the opportunity to achieve his dreams and aspirations by obtaining a solid foundation for a solid foundation for a successful life provided by the custodians of wealth.

§  We believe that everyone was born equal and with inherent potential and must therefore be given that opportunity to maximize these potentials

§  We believe that there is dignity in living and we must live a life that adds value to our fellow human beings

      OUR SERVICES

§  Rehabilitation and empowerment of abused rural and children

§  Provision of counseling sessions for the aged, women such as widows, teenagers and mothers

§  Protecting the right of children and women

§  Ensuring economic advancement for women

§  Development of small scale businesses within communities for the use of the aforementioned categories of persons to enhance community development and foster unity in communities.

§  Organization of annual bazar for the purpose of discovering the hidden and almost forgotten socio-culture heritage of your localities and highlighting same for use by prospective investors

§  Provision of educational materials in primary and secondary schools in our rural communities

§  Sponsorship of youths through tertiary institutions; Annual empowerment of rural market women

§  To sponsor men and women in the area of skill acquisitions

§  To distribute food and relief materials to victims of natural disasters

§  To organize free medical services to people mostly in the rural communities for the purpose diagnosed, treatments and for referrals.

§  To organize seminars, workshops for the purpose of enlightenment and education of our young ones on the dangers of drugs, teenage pregnancies, criminal activities and other vices that can impede their progress.

      OUR APPROACH

To succeed in any venture, approach to the achievement of your goals is very important. We have discovered that it is not just meeting targets but how the targets are met. Approach therefore is important for the purpose of setting precedent for future achievements. Since our target is the overall development of human being, we have decided to be specific and not generalize our efforts. We believe that the first thing to do is to discover the purpose for one’s life and then channel our resources and energy in the fulfillment of such purpose. We are not after what is wanted but after what is needed at a particular time and place for the purpose of adding value to the people and place at that materials time. Once purpose and need in a person and place respectively are discovered, the target have been discovered. Once targets have been discovered and defined, then achieving our goals becomes simple.
